For the last event of a SAMAG mini series on the theme of transformation we will discuss the changing landscape of professional arts administration and leadership with key voices in the field.

Please join facilitator and artist Kalanjay Dhir, the CEO of CuriousWorks – Kiriaki Zakinthinos, Director of Bankstown Arts Centre – Rachael Kiang, and Director of Penrith Regional Gallery – Toby Chapman for a jam-packed, audience-engaged conversation. The discussion will give insight into how leaders have adapted to a changing environment, the decisions they have made and will raise questions and musings about a hopeful future for our communities.

This event coincides with an exciting new exhibition at Bankstown Arts Centre: In Essence. Curated by Vina Purwantoro and Wasielah Noorsjamsi of An.Other Collective, it is an introspective pilgrimage into identity, culture and faith, awakened by lived experiences.
