During my time at Fremantle, I drove complex and creative negotiations, both internally and externally, to enhance strategic partnerships and deliver business goals. Key achievements include setting up an international working group to establish a framework of enhanced communication for information sharing across the global group. Replacing long-established silo’s, this lead to significantly improved working practices and efficiencies across the group. Initially eight territories, it is now rolled out globally as a Global Board strategic initiative.
