Sandra is the Founder and Managing Director of Fieldworx. She specialises in leadership and strategy, stakeholder engagement, policy development, evaluation and governance.

Sandra has worked with arts and cultural organisations across the country since establishing Fieldworx in 2002.

She is well regarded for her commitment to working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people on initiatives at the local, regional and national level.

In addition to her work in the arts, cultural and creative industries, Sandra has experience in the public and private sectors, and not-for-dividend organisations.
