Janson is a leading senior Arts professional and audience advocate, focused on producing immersive cultural experiences for diverse audiences that encourage creative expression, agency and civic engagement. Over a decade of experience working at significant and dynamic cultural institutions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum, London and the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences (MAAS) producing performing arts, public art and cultural events. In this time I have established strong leadership experience managing diverse programs, content & visitor services teams, through facilitating an integrated focus on the visitor experience across the entire experience continuum.
His programming approach brings together stakeholders from across private and cultural sectors for creative and commercial collaboration in the public domain, that actively engages audiences in the city’s creative and cultural identity. This professional experience is underpinned by formal qualifications including Bachelor Teaching (Technologies), Bachelor Design – Industrial Design and Master of Arts (e-Learning).
