Across two decades she has led organisations in the media and the arts across all artforms, and her consultancy Test Pattern specialises in creative strategy, policy and places. A prolific writer and commentator, Esther’s new book Place, Practice, Politics has just been released, and last week she was opening speaker at the Federal Arts & Culture Policy Forum.
