Bianca is a dedicated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in project management, cross-functional team coordination, and data-driven decision-making. Over the past five years, Bianca progressed from Research Analyst to Senior Research Analyst at Patternmakers, before transitioning into her new role as Philanthropy and Partnerships Coordinator at Sydney Dance Company in 2024. With extensive experience in research, data analysis and stakeholder engagement, she looks forward to bringing a fresh perspective to the field of arts fundraising.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Social Inquiry) from UTS and a Diploma of Communications (Public Relations) from UTS:INSEARCH. Her academic and professional background sparked a keen interest in how culture, society, and communication intersect, driving a passion for exploring how art shapes social narratives and encourages conversations across different communities.
