Anne Maria Nicholson is a prominent journalist, author and company director who has worked for many of Australia’s major media organisations, as well as internationally.

For 20 years, Anne Maria was the National Arts Reporter for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and a current affairs journalist for Foreign Correspondent, Lateline and 730.

Anne Maria is also a novelist and has written three books including two volcano thrillers published by HarperCollins.

She is a board member of the Copyright Agency and Deputy chair of the Australian Society of Authors.

Anne Maria was awarded a Getty Fellowship in LA for arts journalism and is a Life Member of the Media Alliance and the Manly Art Gallery and Museum Society.
